Rules for accessing Algosport, no sports betting advice and allocation of responsibilities.
These terms govern access to the Algosport website and its features. By using the service, the user acknowledges having read them.
Content related to betting and odds is intended exclusively for adults. A minor must not use it to participate in gambling.
Algosport provides information, statistics, sports analysis and educational content. The service may display probabilities, odds or a market angle for illustration and understanding.
The service accepts no stakes, holds no player account, places no bet on behalf of a user and is not a party to any contract the user may enter into with a gambling operator.
No content constitutes sports betting advice, an inducement to gamble, a personalised recommendation, financial advice or a promise of winnings. Terms such as “analysis”, “pick”, “selection” and “value” describe editorial or algorithmic output, not an instruction to the user.
Probabilities are never certainties. Past performance, simulations, odds and model assessments do not predict future results.
The user alone decides whether to bet. The user must perform independent checks, comply with the law of their place of residence, use only a lawfully authorised operator and never stake money whose loss would compromise essential needs.
Sports betting involves a real risk of partial or total loss of the amounts staked. No strategy, data or technology removes chance or guarantees a return.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Algosport and its publisher are not liable for lost stakes, unrealised expected winnings, debts, loss of opportunity or other financial, professional, family or personal consequences of a bet chosen by the user, including where the user relied on an analysis from the service.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude a statutory warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Credits shown in the interface are technical units used to access analyses. They are not currency, a stake or a player balance and cannot be converted into money or winnings.
If a paid offer, credit purchase or subscription is made available, its price, term, payment, withdrawal, cancellation and refund terms must be shown before purchase in separate commercial terms. If no paid offer is active, this wording creates no obligation to buy.
Analyses rely on third-party data, probabilistic models and artificial intelligence systems. Despite checks, information may be incomplete, incorrect, delayed or outdated.
The user should verify match time, participants, line-ups, injuries, line and odds directly from official sources before making any decision.
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, network or provider-related reasons. The publisher endeavours to restore access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms. A link or source mention does not imply endorsement of all content or a guarantee of availability.
The service, interface and content are protected. The user receives only a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to view them for the user’s own needs.
These terms are governed by French law, subject to any more protective mandatory rules applying to the consumer. Complaints may be sent to support@algosport.ai.
Where consumer mediation is legally required, its details must be provided before the contract is concluded and following an unresolved prior complaint.
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service or applicable law. The version published on the date the service is used applies, without prejudice to rules governing existing contracts.
